New Brunswick, New Jersey 1992. College girls Beth and Tori have just finished their semester and are ready for a wild summer of partying and debauchery. The girls good time is suddenly cut short when they are abducted by a group of homicidal rednecks. Little do Beth and Tori know that the scumbags who abducted them have caught the attention of a burlap masked killer set on putting them out of business for good. Now our silent assassin Drayton aka Burlap finds himself in a role he never thought he'd be in, the role of savior.
